6 Week Coaching Programme

The  6 week coaching programme focusses on a specific area that you want to change.  You may recognise you are at a crossroads and are unsure of your next steps.  You may be feeling overwhelmed by a work or home situation and would value some objectivity and insight on the problem.  The structure of the programme guides and supports you through the problem solving process providing you with practical tools and know how to move things forward.

The programme includes:

  • Online Wellbeing Questionnaire
  • 1 x 1.5 hour initial coaching session & includes your questionnaire results
  • 3 x 1 hour fortnightly coaching sessions (or frequency of your choice)
  • Values Discovery Exercise
  • Signposting and recommendations for ongoing success
  • 1 x hour follow up coaching session after the programme has finished

12 Week Coaching Programme

The 12 week coaching programme is for those women who recognise that they want to work on some deeper areas of change and are looking for ongoing support and direction.  The programme is designed specifically to your needs, following the results of your wellbeing questionnaire. 

The programme also includes:

  • 1 x 1.5 hour initial coaching session & includes your questionnaire results
  • 8 x 1 hour fortnightly coaching sessions (or timings of your choice)
  • Exercises and 'homework' to help embed the changes
  • Unlimited email support throughout the programme
  • A success plan to support new and ongoing change
  • 1 x hour follow up coaching session after the programme has finished

Group Walks for Women

These specially created 2 hour group walks (max. 4 women) combine coaching and walking with journaling, to discover new ways of thinking and solving problems. 


These relaxing walks take place in the wonderful area of the Cotswolds

and include a welcome cup of tea or coffee.
