About Me - learn more

It's not how we fall; it's how we get back up again"

Patrick Ness

I fell over in 2018. I didn’t notice I was falling at the time and then I suddenly found myself splat – fully face down on the floor! Or more accurately, off work with stress, exhaustion and anxiety.

How did that happen?

I was helping people grow into the people they wanted to be, and yet I had completely neglected to apply those same principles to myself. It took some time, but thankfully, I did get up again.

After much soul searching as to how I ended up there in the first place, I found that my biggest obstacles were my mindset, outdated beliefs and ignoring that I was feeling unwell, all of which was within my power to correct as I wanted.

Since talking with women from all walks of life, I’ve discovered this is quite a common experience. Although not everyone falls over, many are teetering around the edges.

In wanting to do things differently, I realised how much it mattered to me to share my learning and experience with other women. I wanted to help them to find better ways to achieve what they wanted and to find greater fulfilment and happiness in their lives.

In so doing, I have come to believe that not all personal journeys need to end in disaster and that my experience has led me to create a new life that fills me with joy and gratitude.

And today...

Looking back, I am grateful for my 'wake up call' in 2018. I now get to work with some amazing women and seeing the transformation through our conversations is inspiring and humbling.

It's such a joy to see the weight lift off a client's shoulders when she is properly heard, sometimes for the first time. Getting to the heart of the problem, she realises why she has been struggling for so long and with this insight, new possibilities become clear and attainable.
